Shipping policy

US Shipping

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 2-3 days. There is a $5.00 flat rate fee for shipping, and all orders over $75 will ship for free. You will receive an email notification from Hope-filled Candles that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Once the package has left Hope-filled Candles headquarters and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, the company is not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays.

At this time, we are unable to ship Internationally, APO addresses, PO boxes, and freight-forwarding companies.
