SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders are shipped with USPS priority and have a processing time of 2-3 business days after an order has been placed. Any order which takes longer will be notified by via email. All orders do not have a guaranteed delivery time after the order has been shipped, and we take no responsibility in delays that are caused by shipping after the item has left us.
Orders will have a tracking number attached, that will be sent via email. Please contact us at jenny@hopefilledcandles.com if your order is lost or missing.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, we’ll be more than happy to replace or refund products damaged during transit. If your candle was damaged during shipment, please contact us at jenny@hopefilledcandles.com with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.
NATURE OF PRODUCT
Customers of Hope-filled Candles agree that every item is handmade and can carry minor imperfections that vary from the website images used. This is all apart of the natural nature of the product and cannot be deemed a fault.
